Data Policy
To foster synergy and collaboration, the C-CES prioritizes making its data, code, and generated tools open access for the benefit of the scientific community. While most of our data and code becomes accessible upon publication, we encourage you to reach out if you encounter any difficulties with access. You can fill out a formal data request form here.

C-CES investigators Alison Narayan and Gabriel Gomes pooled their respective expertise in biocatalysis and data science to create the CATNIP tool. CATNIP, found here, is a predictive model that provides a ranked list of enzymes with the greatest compatibility with a substrate. The resulting preprint can be found here.
