Leadership Educators Symposium
Date: December 8-10
Location: The University of Tampa, Tampa, Florida
Description: The Leadership Educators Symposium (formerly known as the National Leadership Symposium) is a bi-annual retreat-style program that takes a deep dive into a timely leadership education topic. Symposium participants get to explore the latest in leadership education research and practice alongside 30-40 leadership education peers including renowned scholars and innovative practitioners from across functional areas, institutions, associations, and communities. Symposium curriculum is cohort-based and highly experiential, centering dialogue principles and critical perspectives of leadership theory and practice through topical lectures, workshops, and collaborative projects.
Symposium is offered by NCLP in collaboration with our friends at LeaderShape, Inc., a non-profit organization well-known and respected in the leadership education community for their commitment to partnerships, programs, and initiatives to help create a just, caring, and thriving world.
