Coffee & Conversations

Description: This training is a chance for employees to recognize the skills they’re already using every day, learn more about career pathways at UMD, and think through practical next steps for their personal and professional growth. Come through for a relaxed afternoon with coffee, cozy vibes, and good company while we reflect, connect, and talk about what’s next.

Description: This year will focus on investing in our people. We will explore ACUHO-I competencies and adopt a suggested list that will guide our professional development & training efforts for professional staff. We will also work together to create a reflection tool to plan our individual professional development and set goals.
