Little Steps Daycare is an early childcare center. Led end-to-end design and development of website, system analysis and design for an online billing and customer inquiry system. Analyzed expense data and designed visualizations to optimize resource allocation ensuring alignment with business objectives and improved customer experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Led user-centered research and refinement of design for a biosignal sharing application aimed at supporting stress management and facilitating communication through biosignal data. Analyzed qualitative research data to uncover patterns and actionable insights.

Conducted competitive analysis to identify industry standards and opportunities for differentiation in service offerings.
Gathered insights from customer feedback to guide design and business decisions

Original logos used by business interchangably. Lack of brand cohesion. Goal of project was to redesign logo and determine brand identity.
Iteration 1
Pros: stakeholders approve of logo
Cons: want a more accessible typeface that does not need to be downloaded like this one that is mroe specialized.
Iteration 2
Pros: stakeholders like the new font but want something that is more similar to the weight of the first iteration.
Cons: want the logo to be more prominent than logotype.
Iteration 3
Final iteration approved by stakeholders.
