This NSF-funded project adopts a cross-disciplinary approach, integrating expertise from computer science, data science, and learning science.

The Story Studio platform will be equipped with intelligent functions to scaffold college students' construction of data stories through interactive queries, automated formative feedback, and dashboards that help instructors focus on high-level coaching.

This project will be realized through a synergistic framework that integrates human expertise in data storytelling with recent advances in AI/machine learning.
