First Round Process

• This involves at least two members of the RD Search Committee

• Zoom, or telephone, screening interview

• Length is approximately 1 hr

Final Round Process

• This involves staffers of various positions and levels: student staff, Residence Directors, Assistant Area Directors, Associate Directors, and Director

• Zoom (not on-campus) interview with 15 min breaks between three interviews: RD Search Committee, Residential Life Leadership Team, and Director conversation

• Length is approximately 3.5 hours 

• During your interview, you will be assigned a current RD to be your host for the day to welcome you in, answer any questions you may have outside the interview process, and provide additional insight about working and living at UMass!
