A Warm Welcome to a Great School Year!
I hope this newsletter finds you and your family well. It has been such a joy to see our hallways filled with smiling faces and the sound of students and teachers connecting again. I want to extend a huge thank you to all our families for your support in making the start of this school year so smooth and successful. The first few weeks have been full of energy, and it’s wonderful to see students already diving into their new classes and activities.
We have a lot of exciting things happening this month! Please take note of the following:
9/4 Eagles Day - Show your school spirit by wearing your favorite Eagles gear!
9/5 Ice Cream Social & Book Fair (6-8pm)
9/11 Back to School Night - Please join us at 6:00pm for a night full of information about the upcoming school year! (More details below!)
9/16 Picture Day - Say cheese! Class and individual pictures will be taken on this day. We will send home order forms with your child closer to the date.
9/23 No School - A friendly reminder that there will be no school for students or staff on this day.
Student safety is our top priority. Next week, we will be conducting our first fire drill of the school year. We'll be reviewing all of our safety procedures with the students beforehand so they know exactly what to do. These drills are essential for ensuring everyone knows how to evacuate the building safely and quickly in case of an emergency. Please feel free to talk with your child about the importance of these drills.
We are looking forward to a fantastic month ahead, filled with learning, growth, and fun. Thank you again for being such a vital part of our school community.
Encourage your children to wear green to support the Philadelphia Eagles!
