• Outdoor Recess: As we begin to enter the winter season with colder temperatures, please send your child(ren) to school with appropriate winter attire (e.g. coat, hat, gloves, etc.).  In order for students to go out to outside recess in colder temperatures, they must be dressed appropriately for safety reasons.

• Winter items: With the colder weather setting in, our Lost and Found has quickly filled up with sweaters, hoodies, and coats. Please remind your child to take a quick look at the tables if they’re missing anything. To help us in the future, labeling your child’s outerwear with their name in permanent marker makes it much easier for us to return items.

• Parent-Teacher Conferences: This is a friendly reminder that you should have already signed up for your parent-teacher conference slot with your child's teacher and My Conference Time has closed.  If you still need an appointment, please reach out to your child(ren)'s teacher.

• The Art to Remember deadline is approaching soon! Please have all orders in by November 17th! Every purchase benefits Caley Elementary! Art to Remember makes great holiday gifts while supporting your child's creativity and our school. October has come to a close, and what a fun month it was! We ended the month on a high note, celebrating with fall parties in our classrooms and a wonderful whole-school parade. Thank you to everyone who helped make those events such a success. We truly appreciate your partnership.

Parent-Teacher Conferences: This is a friendly reminder that you should have already signed up for your parent-teacher conference slot with your child's teacher.  If you have not yet scheduled a time, please do so immediately. Available slots are filling up quickly! Please reach out to your child's teacher directly if you need assistance finding a time that works for you.

Dismissal Changes: If there are any changes to your child's regular dismissal routine for any day, please send an email notification and cc Mrs. Judge in the email. This ensures all necessary parties are informed promptly.
