Para este proyecto es importante comprender el contexto local y las oportunidades que este ofrece, asimismo, es importante encontrar la inspiración necesaria para lograr una adecuada solución de diseño, que entre en armonía con la naturaleza y que equilibre las necesidades y las aspiraciones de los turistas.
La industria del pisco y la del turismo deben coexistir y complementarse a través de un diseño innovador, auténtico y sustentable.
El desafío del Taller Virtual 2021 es desarrollar un Hotel Resiliente que tenga la capacidad de responder ante alguna emergencia sanitaria causada por desastres naturales.
Proyectar un diseño innovador adaptado al sitio, clima y temática.
Combinar actividades recreativas, agrícolas y turísticas.
Materializar la obra teniendo en cuenta las prácticas más elementales de sustentabilidad considerando aspectos de diseño que contemplen el uso de conceptos claros de bioclimatismo, utilización de energías renovables, reúso y conservación de aguas, manejo de residuos sólidos y reducción de emisiones de carbono.
Hacer uso racional y lógico de materiales y componentes constructivos teniendo en cuenta su fabricación/construcción equilibrando las técnicas modernas de construcción con los materiales y técnicas constructivas tradicionales de la zona.
Considerar en el diseño las condiciones climáticas del lugar, proponiendo fundamentalmente el aprovechamiento de energía solar.
Desarrollar una propuesta que relacione el diseño con el entorno, conservando el espíritu y carácter del lugar y considerando las expresiones culturales y sociales de la comunidad vitivinícola y pisquera.
For this project it is important to understand the local context and the opportunities it offers, as well as is important to find the necessary inspiration to achieve an appropriate design solution that is in harmony with nature and balances the needs and aspirations of tourists.
The “pisco” and tourism industries must coexist and complement each other through innovative, authentic and sustainable design.
The challenge of the Virtual Workshop 2021 is to develop a Resilient Hotel that has the capacity to respond to any health emergency caused by natural disasters.
1. Project an innovative design adapted to the site, climate and theme.
2. Combine recreational, agricultural and tourist activities.
3. Materialize the work contemplating the most elementary practices of sustainability considering design aspects that contemplate the use of clear concepts of bioclimatism, use of renewable energies, reuse and conservation of water, solid waste management and reduction of carbon emissions.
4. Make rational and logical use of materials and construction components, taking into account their manufacture/construction, balancing modern construction techniques with the traditional materials and construction techniques of the area.
5. Consider in the design the climatic conditions of the place, proposing fundamentally the use of solar energy.
6. Develop a proposal that relates the design to the environment, preserving the spirit and character of the place and considering the cultural and social expressions of the wine and “pisquera” community.
