PROYECTO DE DISEÑO
Este proyecto incluye el planteamiento y desarrollo de un edificio o un grupo de edificios donde principalmente se desarrollarán actividades de alojamiento, las que tendrán habitaciones dobles, habitaciones suites y cabañas independientes.
El diseño incluye, además, actividades exteriores con propósitos agrícolas, recreativos y/o deportivos; y la capacidad de ser flexible para tener la posibilidad de usar el complejo como un centro de respuesta a emergencias sanitarias causadas por desastres naturales.
A continuación, se propone un programa básico de necesidades para el diseño del proyecto a desarrollar, el cual estima un área total de 7003.10 (75 381 sq ft) incluyendo algunas actividades en áreas exteriores. Se deja a criterio de cada estudiante modificar la superficie propuesta en un 10% del área sugerida si es que considera que su proyecto se verá valorizado.
En el terreno libre sin ocupar deberá plantearse un tratamiento paisajístico que involucre un área de intervención libre en los alrededores del edificio o de los edificios. El resto deberá ser ocupado con una propuesta agrícola de viñedos que cuenten con las características y condiciones de los viñedos existentes en la región.
This project involves the design and development of a building or a group of buildings that will be used primarily for lodging activities, which will include double rooms, suites and independent cabins.
The design also includes outdoor activities for agricultural, recreational and/or sports purposes; and the ability to be flexible to have the possibility of using the complex as a response center for health emergencies caused by natural disasters.
The following is a basic program of needs for the design of the project to be developed, which estimates a total area of 7003 m2 (75 381 sq ft) including some outdoor activities. It is left to the discretion of each student to modify the proposed surface by 10% of the suggested area if he/she considers that his/her project will be valued.
The unoccupied vacant land should be designed with a landscape treatment involving an area of free intervention around the building(s). The rest should be occupied with an agricultural proposal for vineyards with the characteristics and conditions of the existing vineyards in the region.
