El Taller Virtual de Las Américas (TVA) es una experiencia pedagógica en un entorno colaborativo donde un número de talleres de diferentes universidades, desde Estados Unidos hasta Argentina, se comprometen a desarrollar el mismo tema de diseño y compartir el proceso de dichos proyectos a través de internet.
Todos los alumnos trabajan al interior de sus talleres, bajo la tutela de sus docentes locales. A su vez, cada uno de los alumnos será asignado a un grupo virtual internacional conformado por alumnos de las diferentes universidades participantes, asistidos por docentes de los talleres de dichas universidades e instructores voluntarios.
Al terminar el TVA se reconocerán, como cada año, los mejores trabajos realizados por los alumnos participantes.
The Virtual Workshop of the Americas (TVA) is a pedagogical experience in a collaborative environment where a number of workshops from different universities, from the United States to Argentina, commit to develop the same design theme and share the process of these projects through the Internet.
All students work within their workshops, under the tutelage of their local teachers. In turn, each of the students will be assigned to an international virtual group made up of students from the different participating universities, assisted by teachers from the workshops of these universities and volunteer instructors.
At the end of the TVA, as every year, the best work done by the participating students will be recognized.
