Not all events have a standard tournament structure. You might want to run an event that looks a bit different, for example:

• a Hat tournament where players sign up as individuals and are put into teams

• a skills clinic where players have the opportunity to develop or learn new skills before playing games

• an event for a specific age group

• a small-sided tournament with teams of 4, 5 or 6 a-side

• a regular league where you play one match each week for a number of weeks
