What is this microsite for?

There are lots of reasons that it can feel daunting to know where to go for your next steps in Ultimate, perhaps you want to find somewhere to play or you want to develop yourself or others. You might want to find an existing club or opportunity, start a new team, think of ways to get more women involved in your area, find ways to compete and improve, or maybe you just want to play regularly for fun. 

Using this microsite, the UKU Women's Committee hope to build a library of content to make it easier for you to find resources to help. We know that not all areas in the UK have the same level of opportunity but maybe having access to a range of tools will help more women feel empowered to create opportunities where they don't already exist. 

This is not designed as a coaching tool - it is a space where we can pool a range of resources relating to women in Ultimate.
