JPI Profiler: Tool for JPI staf to profile their personalities, discover strengths.

JPI Evaluator@PI: Tool for JPI staff to evaluate their bosses. This system demonstrates the successful application of the upwards evaluation concept, where the grassroots would be able to rate their bosses by giving out honest and candid responses without fear or repercussion. This, in turn, would help top management to make strategic, informed decisions regarding appointments to leadership positions.
