I am planning to submit a paper to an IEEE conference.

I have saved the original template in ieee_conference_template.tex for reference.

I want to write the actual paper in paper.tex.

The system developed (unofficial name: Bossku, official name: Evaluator@PI).

Used to gather feedback from grassroots staff about their bosses.

Every year, the staff can enter something like a performance review for their bosses.

These reviews are viewed by the boss of those bosses for them to know of any issues regarding management based on staff comments.

Since I am submitting to an EE conference, 75% or more content should be focused more on EE and CS content since this is an IEEE event.

This would be a paper about system development. Need to explain important design considerations in the paper.

Planning to have this structure for the paper.

Introduction: 

Literature review

Theoretical Background (if applicable)

Methodology

Results and Discussion

SOTA comparison

Conclusions & Future Work

Put tables in strategic areas to help reader understanding. 

I am planning to focus on several EE/CS aspects of the paper, namely:

1. system architecture

2. DB schema and design

3. security framework and design

4. UI/UX design philosophy

5. Analysis + Data mining capabilities.

Can add some HR perspective in the introduction section (but not too long, remember that I am submitting to a EE/CS conference). 

What are global trends for HR management + challenges of HR now (relate to key trends such as mental health etc.). Use statistics to support.

What are Malaysia trends for HR management

What are UiTM's initiatives to support this with regard to this project.

Given the large size of UiTM, this would make sense. A centralized and safe way for staff to give feedback to higher management.

This is a research technical paper. Academic integrity is paramount.
