My teaching experience began during my undergraduate studies. I taught learners across age groups in both formal and informal educational contexts. Driven by a passion to create a broader impact, I transitioned into a faculty role in a teacher education program and became a teacher trainer. These opportunities have allowed me to extend and share my knowledge and experience with both pre-service and in-service teachers.
Additionally, serving as a teacher trainer enables me to connect with the realities of classroom practice closely. Through this work, I gain insight into the constraints and challenges teachers face and seek practical, context-responsive solutions to help them maximize student learning outcomes.
