The requirements for joining thesis and comprehensive exams:
Students have to submit the copies of:
The first / second payment of tuition fee.
A copy of student card.
Registration receipts of Thesis Exam (RP. 1.000.000,-)
2 copies of legalized High School Awards (with the student number put on the top right side)
Thesis consultation letter and card
2 copies of final draft of the thesis which have been approved by thesis advisors
A copy of the last cumulative transcript showing the minimum SCPs taken
A list of state subjects' marks (C is the minimum requirement for each) released by DPA / the assistant
3 copies of 3 x 4 size and 4 copies of 4x6 size color photographs in blue background (Dress Code for the photograph: Female in formal/moslem dress code or traditional kebaya and male in suit with tie).
2 copies of standard TOEFL score certificate as outlined in the guide book (see the determined TOEFL score for your class)
A copy of birth certificate
Paying the thesis consultation renewal fee (if necessary)
Fill in the registration form
Fill in and submit thesis control card (the red card)
All requirements are inserted in a yellow folder (Management), a blue folder (Accounting) and a green one (Economics) with the name, student number, and period of exam printed on its cover
