List of ECM antibodies available in Table 1 of "Antibodies and methods for immunohistochemistry of extracellular matrix proteins" (Rickelt and Hynes, Matrix Biol., 2018)

Validated antibodies (including anti-ECM protein antibodies) are cataloged by the Human BioMolecular Atlas Program's Organ Mapping Antibody Panels (OMAPs) and the 10th release of the Human Reference Atlas (v2.4; Dec 2025). OMAPs provide guidance on the experimental details that are necessary for successful application of these antibodies.
