MatrisomeDB is a searchable collection of curated proteomic data on the ECM of healthy and diseased human and murine samples available through a web application developed by the Naba lab in collaboration with the Gao lab.
It was retired on September 30, 2016, and will be redeployed in an expanded version in 2027.
