Tan Yan Kee Academic Building

The Tan Yan Kee Academic Building, officially opened in December 2003, is named after the late Tan Yan Kee, the father of UE's honorary chairman, Dr. Lucio C. Tan. At the Caloocan Campus, the TYK Academic Building includes the Colleges of Business Administration, Arts and Sciences, and Fine Arts. This six-story tower, which cost approximately 300 million pesos to build, has 54 air-conditioned classrooms, multimedia rooms, computer laboratories, a Gigabit Ethernet system, a parking space, and the Benjamin G. Chua Jr. The library (dedicated to the same-named UE trustee), an information kiosk with information-retrieval equipment, dean's offices, faculty rooms, college offices, student council offices, two elevators, a cafeteria, a helipad and the Art Gallery are all part of the building.

    Dr. Lucio C. Tan Building

The Dr. Lucio C. Tan Building, a ten-story building, houses the Basic Education Department at UE Caloocan, containing kindergarten, elementary, high school, and senior high school students. The building was named after the chief executive officer and chairman of the board of UE. It was opened on September 25, 2012, and features a multipurpose hall, modern classrooms and labs, a large library with multimedia resources, and other facilities.

        Engineering Building

The four-story Engineering Building was formally inaugurated in 1980. Until November 2003, these rooms—which had been assigned as technical shops—were gradually converted into classrooms for College of Arts and Sciences and College of Business Administration students. Over fifty lecture halls, twenty-four labs and lab rooms, tool rooms and stock rooms, two machine shops, and two multipurpose halls are located on this building.
