The Children's Theatre production occurs every January and is run by a Senior Production Staff. Applications begin in May of your junior year and run through the end of the show. Both musicals and plays have been produced and each board consists of directors, musical directors, choreographers, technical directors, costume designers, and PR heads (when applicable). This is a great opportunity for underclassmen to have a more prominent role in their respective passion, as well as seniors to cultivate a stronger understanding of the inner workings of professional theatre. Qualifications for Directing positions include taking classes offered by Ms. Gerenyi, participating in shows and showing leadership qualities. Tech and Costuming positions require active involvement in productions throughout a student's time at Upper Dublin. Recent productions include "High School Musical, Jr.," "The Wizard of Oz: Young Performer's Edition," and "Peter Pan."
