Each book has homework activities that correspond to the phonics element being taught and provides instructions on how to select the appropriate book.
Continuous Learning Opportunities: Select books using one of the sites above and email them to students or use one of the websites that allows you to assign digital books specific to each student. Tweentribune has current news articles arranged by grade and allows you to select between four Lexile ranges and assign the articles to each student. Both Epic and Raz Kids / Reading A-Z allow you to search by Lexile or reading level to assign students books. Epic also has text to speech and audiobook options. Both are free through June.
