There were so many different takeaways that we took away from this internship. Most of these stemming from all of the small specific tasks that go together to create one large brand.
Although we all collectively worked on different tasks throughout the internship, I think we all were able to grasp what it takes to really create a brand. While THDR group has already had a start in the industry, we really got to indulge in the brainstorming process that goes on behind the scenes.
Another important takeaway was all of the planning we completed for the brand. Since they are opening multiple different pop-up stores in different cities, we helped them plan these events starting from pop-up location to the car service they would use in each city.
Along with the different marketing and planning work we completed, we were also able to learn more about AI and technology. Although this is not something that we may be using regularly right now, it is so relevant and has been continuously growing for the last few years. Working with the tech interns also helped us takeaway more teamwork skills. Especially with the cultural differences it was pleasant to bring fashion and technology together and learn more about the tech team and AI.
All in all we found out how important all of the small details are and how each can affect a brand as a whole. We really toned in on how once a brand is launched it's out there for the entire general public who then are able to see all of our individual details come together as one.
