As a group we worked on a variety of tasks. We were assigned a long list but we had 3 highlights that we thought were the most important.
We spent a lot of time working with their new AI program. This AI was completely untrained when we started with it. We worked with it and taught it by giving it pictures of garments to reference. By the end of our experience, we were able to produce images of pieces that the company could actually produce.
Another one of our tasks was planning the launch strategy. The launch strategy was a large task itself. We worked through the advertisements, the pop-up stores, store staffing, and briefing, the launch event, and the after party. We created some sample billboard designs that could later be recreated using their AI technology. Went through the logistics of the store staffing and briefing, explaining the atmosphere and what is expected of employees. We also curated a list of places to hold their launch and after-party events.

The biggest task that we took on was creating the brand image. With this task, we worked directly with Tim and Sean to create the name, color scheme, and brand story, for their un-launched brand. Unfortunately, I cannot add pictures of the branding we did because we signed NDA for this company. However, the brand's color scheme is what we used for this site.
