Nursing students are required to upload and maintain documentation for the School of Nursing Clinical Requirements into their CastleBranch account.
IMPORTANT: Please create and set up your CastleBranch account FIRST prior to ordering required packages.

Please DO NOT wait until the last minute to book and complete this requirment. All drug screening appointments must be completed on or before the due date provided by a member of our clinical team.
The required tasks in the "Compliance Tracker" are time consuming, so it's best to get started as soon as possible to ensure compliance by due date.
IMPORTANT: Student account holds due to immunization non-compliance at the university level are generated by UD Student Health Services (not UD SON). Therefore, students must contact UD Student Health Services directly to resolve at (302) 831-2226 or visit https://sites.udel.edu/studenthealth/ for additional information.

Students must remain compliant with all SON mandatory requirements. Please be mindful of items approaching renewal, past due, incomplete, or rejected and update accordingly.
Students who do not complete their mandatories in the time frame specified by the Clinical Coordination Team will not be permitted to participate in Practicum Courses or Simulation Lab Activities until this information has been uploaded & confirmed by the SON Clinical Team. In addition, all non compliant students will receive a Professional Behavior Feedback Form that will be kept in the student's permanent file.
