Who am I? How do I lead

My name is Shay Patel, and I am currently a freshman in Computer Science here at UD. Through my experiences in life, I have understood that I am an assertive leader who loves learning collaboration and involvement. My personal values I hold significant involve having a persistent work ethic, striving to learn with the intent of constantly improving, as well as leading with respect to the organization's (and employees') moral beliefs and ethical foundation. My leadership style is currently between democratic and authoritative, however I am learning how to incorporate more aspects of servant leadership. I also love mentoring those that are driven as to learn what I currently know, as I have much to learn from them as well. I value taking initiative and having a structured approach where there is always room for suggestions and improvement to optimize the process towards the common vision.
