I'm so looking forward to getting to know you better 😃 As for me, I’ve been a Community Manager for more years than I can remember and have had the good fortune to work at big companies (Yahoo, Netflix) as well as small (Thredup, Insightly). Yet, nothing compares to this current role of supporting you and helping you build a positive learning environment with your classmates.

I began in community management in 2010, an era when 'Community Manager' was a newly coined role as the internet increasingly became a meeting place for like-minded folks. I've formerly managed creative learning communities like the DIY photography community, Photojojo & global photo community, EyeEm.

Now at Udacity, I am working alongside a team of community managers with the aim of enabling students like you to connect and support each other through your lifelong learning & career journey. Our amazing students inspire & delight me (and keep me on my toes) as a community manager, everyday.
