For one of our group's main social media platforms, we made an Instagram account. Here, we covered a wide variety of mental health topics from stress management techniques, to different mental health disorders, and community support systems! Our page's success is measured by the positive engagement and feedback we receive from our followers, indicating the effectiveness of our approach. By blending important information with visually appealing graphics and interactive features, we strive to make mental health education both informative and engaging!
We post daily stories that include daily affirmations that give mindful messages to the viewer, daily mental health check-ins with a voting system for people to share how their day has been, daily management tips that go over risk factors for anxiety and ways to manage stress, and daily mental health facts that give a new fact about anxiety every day.
