Availability
The 100 Panetta 3rd Floor Conference Room is a NO-HOST space
Support staff may not be available during your reservation
The space is available, by reservation only, to all UCSC departments and units
Available between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM - 7-days/week
Reservations are on a First Come, First Served basis, and can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance
Due to the high demand for this space, we ask that you plan as far ahead as possible to book your reservation, and AT LEAST 2-WEEKS prior to your proposed reservation date.
Reserving a room is a TWO-STEP process.

Step 1:
a). View the live calendar below to determine availability.
b). Click the blue button , below to access the calendar slots.
c). Choose ONE of three time slots that incorporates your event duration.
*Note: Your selected times will be adjusted to match your reservation request form.
After holding the calendar date(s), go to step 2.

Click the yellow button below to submit your Reservation Request Form
