The space is available, by reservation, to UCSC DEPARTMENTS ONLY!
Available between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM - 7-days/week.
The space is NOT available for meetings/gatherings that are open to the general public (zoning code and Occupancy Limit).
The space is NOT available as a classroom (zoning code).
Due to the high demand for this conference room, we ask that you plan as far ahead as possible to reserve this space.
Please submit your online request AT LEAST 2-WEEKS prior to your proposed reservation date.
Once reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions and further steps.
Access to Building
Access for the Panetta Conference Room is via the west business entry, on Panetta Ave.
Please DO NOT enter through IAS Gallery, and inform your guests.
This is a NO-HOST space.
Depending on the time of your reservation, there may not be building staff available before, during, or after your reservation.
If your guests will be arriving and departing at different times, you will need to assign someone to remain in the business lobby to greet your guests and give them access throughout your reservation. Guests will be able to leave the building, but not get back in on their own.
For security purposes, doors may NOT be propped open.
Catering/Vendors
If your reservation includes catering or an outside vendor, the responsible party must arrange to meet all vendors on-site, at the time of delivery and pick-up (before, during, or after your reservation).
100 Panetta Staff is not available to meet catering, etc. and there is no storage space for outside equipment, chairs/tables, etc.
