This artifact is a theory-based paper written for the IDT 8020: Learning Sciences and Technology course at the University of Cincinnati. The goal of this project was to conceptualize a design for a learning technology that would effectively solve the problem of cognitive overload at Bearcats Bound Orientation (BBO) for first-year students at the University of Cincinnati. This artifact is focused on and applies learning and instructional theory. With an emphasis on being data-driven; it shows my ability to use and analyze research to back-up my design choices and efforts.
