Our listing team optional services include entry into FMLS and GAMLS for $15 (+$10 for photos entered behond primary one). Charged to your monthly billing account.
Agents must enter their listings themselves into BULLSEYE (all listings, even off market).
Agents must enter their listings themselves into optional MLSs beyond FMLS and GAMLS. (exampleNEGBOR, CREXI, LOOPNET/COSTAR).

You may create the PPL folder yourself and upload forms, or you may email documents to contracts@ucgeorgia.com for free help from our staff to start your PPL folder or upload items.
