All listings must be turned into our listing department within 24 hours of signing documents with the seller.
Email the listings department with your forms and for any questions.
See the checklists page for a listing checklist you can use.
Our staff can enter a listing in FMLS and GAMLS for you for $15. ($25 total if you also want photos added). See the dual entry forms. They need the listing agreement, dual entry forms, and at least one front photo.
All listings required you, as the Agent, to enter it into Bullseye's MLS for United Country (even if off market), and any other MLSs.
