The Learning Resource Center was first located at the third floor of the college building and was designed for high school, college, and law students. Due to the remarkable rise in both graduate studies and undergraduate courses, the main library was moved to the ground floor of the Commerce building in 1972.

At present, the main library is situated at the two-storey building of the Founders Hall. The first level of the structure consist the chief librarian's office, graduate studies, law library, internet room, reference and thesis section, audiovisual resources room, technical services, and the Batangas Heritage Center. The museum, discussion room, circulation and Filipiniana section were all located on the second floor of the structure. Additionally, the High School library was located at the 1st floor of the Fr. Vicente Catapang Hall for junior and senior high school students while the elementary library is located on the ground floor of the University of Batangas Elementary Magiting Hall.
