Note naming flashcards

1. Draw notes on the treble / bass clef on sheets of paper (or find printable ones online)

2. Flash the notes in front of your students and have them name them

3. You can also turn this into a competition for group lessons seeing who can shout out the note names the fastest!

Pirate treasure hunt:

1. Print & cutout these various music symbols here - stick these symbols on the walls around the music room

2. Give your student a copy of this answer sheet 

3. Have your student search for the music symbols corresponding to the terms in the answer sheet & have them note which pirate picture goes with each symbol

4. Kids draw a line from the written symbol name on their answer sheet to the correct pirate picture.
