In order to gain insight and feedback on the monthly activities provided by our subscription box, we created a Google Form for our senior participants to fill out.

Each month, seniors will have the opportunity to select activities that they would like to participate in or opt-out of, what they would like to see be done in future months, as well as teaching if any particular activities in the future interests them.

While Heartfelt Hobbies addresses the loneliness amongst the senior population, we want to ensure that the direct needs and wants of the seniors are being met.

Providing an end-user survey allows for us to be constantly changing the subscription box, ensuring that our seniors have the chance to participate in activities that they genuinely enjoy and look forward to!
