This advanced fellowship program in gastrointestinal motility will take place at the University of Alberta hospital as well as the Royal Alexandra Hospital, both located in central Edmonton, Alberta. 

During this 12-month fellowship, the successful candidate will be exposed to all common and uncommon gastrointestinal motility disorders. The fellow will gain a significant understanding of the neuro-pathophysiology of the G.I. tract pertaining to motility disorders and be aware of relevant pharmacology, testing, and therapeutic options available. 

Each year we accept a maximum of one successful candidate into this advanced fellowship program; spots are competitive and we recommend applying early in the application cycle.
