Our website is a contribution to a larger project that highlights the marginalization of various biologists. As an assignment for the AUBIO 411 (Advanced Perspectives in Biology) Capstone class at the University of Alberta's Augustana Campus, we hope our website highlights an under-recognized individual—Elizabeth Bugie—who made a significant impact to the field of microbiology and medicine.
