METHOD OF EVALUATION:

Students will be evaluated by a 2 ½ hour, open book examination worth 80% of the final grade, and 3 optional assignments, two worth 5% and one worth 10% of the final grade.



COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course examines the civil litigation process, including the framework of civil litigation, with reference to Alberta’s Rules of Court. The Rules will be examined with consideration to both the intention and purpose of the rules, and their practical application in civil litigation.
