UAH RSO - Alabama Credit Union

Conducting financial business for your student organization is a privilege and a responsibility. Your RSO can open an account through the Alabama Credit Union which is located on campus.

In order to do so, you must abide by the following guidelines:

◎ Your organization must be registered through the Office of Student Life

◎ Have your advisor complete the Account Agreement and Association Resolution (form must be picked up at ALCU)

◎ Schedule an appointment with ALCU for all signers on account

For New Accounts:

◎ Request a Letter of Existence and Recognition from the Office of Student Life

◎ Two forms of valid ID for each signer

◎ Verification of Tax ID number for your RSO (this is NOT the same as being Tax Exempt).

◎ Completed Account Agreement and Association Resolution form

For Existing Accounts (needing to update signers):

◎ Two forms of ID for each new signer

◎ Letter from Student Life showing new signature authorities
