LinkedIn Jobs has several features that are very handy when you are searching for jobs. These features include:
Searching for jobs based on your field/industry and by location
Showing you jobs that are similar to ones that you view and/or save
Save jobs that you find
Apply for jobs straight from LinkedIn
Reach out to recruiters, HR professionals, and employees at the companies you are interested in to learn more about the position you are applying for and/or learn more about working at that company
Job Alerts - Receive daily or weekly emails when jobs that you might be interested in become available.
Salary Insights - Discover your earning potential by showing you the average salary for the position you are looking for.
Skills Assessments - Take short multiple choice assessments that will result in you receiving a skills badge if you're competent in that skill. The badges are displayed on your profile.
Interview Prep - There are 26 common interview questions displayed and sample answers and tips provided by career experts.
Resume Builder - Get insights for formatting issues and using keywords on your current resume or build a resume from the information listed on your LinkedIn profile.
Job Seeker Guidance - LinkedIn Learning offers courses and videos that will help you with improving your resume, improving your LinkedIn profile, how to network, and best practices for getting a job.

Here is an example of what the Job Insights look like! For this position, Maya would be in the top 25% of applicants. You can see what skills she has compared to the skills they want in this position. You can also see the level of education of the other applicants.
The skills section is good to pay attention to because you can add any skills to your profile that the job is looking for.
If Maya were to update her LinkedIn profile with "Microsoft Word" and "Microsoft Excel" then she would have 10 out of 10 most common skills among all other applicants, which would put her in a higher percentile for the top applicants.
