Welcome! Currently, I am a graduate student studying Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) at Boise State University while working full-time leading a team of public health professionals. I have applied what I've learned in every OPWL course directly to my career and volunteer efforts with measurable benefit.
I study and practice the value of improving systems to support people in the workplace and at population level in communities. I balance research and strategy to be both effective and productive. I center equity, provide exemplary client-centered service, and turn individual strengths into team assets with data and sustainable progress. I help organizations and communities develop cultures of growth and belonging. Travel through this portfolio to learn more about my background, passion, and success in OPWL.
