Why
I am passionate about helping people thrive with values, evidence, and vision. As a champion of rural communities and small organizations, I know the unique challenges and keys to improvement for teams with limited resources. I care about people finding their passion in measurable, meaningful ways.
How
My work as a performance improvement leader is rooted in resilience building, compassionate inquiry, transparency, accountability, diverse group facilitation, and individual talent development and participation. I use adult learning theories to design trainings and provide action plans.
What for Whom
I systematically and systemically approach workplace performance improvement through analysis, goal setting, action planning, learning design, training, coaching, and evaluation.
When and Where
I enjoy working with public, private, and non-profit organizations in different ways. My lived experience is rooted in the rural Northwest.
I will graduate with a Masters of Science in May of 2024 and then pursue a Ph.D. while continuing my work in public health leadership.
