While completing the Master of Science degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL), I developed competencies for achieving the following program's learning goals. The ten OPWL program learning goals:

Rigorous

1. Conduct the performance improvement process in a way that is systematic
2. Conduct the performance improvement process in a way that is systemic
3. Conduct the performance improvement process in a way that is consistent with established professional ethics
4. Conduct the performance improvement process in a way that is consistent with established professional standards

Responsible

1. Align performance improvement solutions with strategic organizational goals
2. Make recommendations that are designed to produce valued results

Respectful

1. Collaborate effectively with others, in person and virtually
2. Communicate effectively in written, verbal, and visual forms

Reflective

1. Use evidence-based practices
2. Contribute to the professional community of practice
