This course uses the business plan development model introduced in BUSBTC 301 to integrate the concepts and practices developed in earlier courses. There is an emphasis on analyzing a sector or service of interest to student teams. It includes the further development of professional skills such as time management, career management, interpersonal relationships, and leadership. Also included is team-based experiential learning.

This was the capstone of a project that really allowed me to use the skills from all my classes to really analysis a company and their situation and make solid recommendations for them to improve their situation. I really learned from this project how to effectively analyze a company and their choices. For this project I looked at Toyota as they were in 2022 and really dive into what is causing the company the most issues and what choices they can make to solve these issues in an effective and profitable manner.
