BUSBTC 320 - Creating Value for Customers
This course provides an understanding of how products and services are efficiently developed, sold, and delivered to create value for customers and business. Topics include market analysis, consumer behavior, market segmentation, personal sales, distribution strategies, project management, and supply chain management.
By working with other companies and creating products and providing services business are able to create value for the customers which in turn creates profit for them allowing for expansion and improvement of the company as a whole. This project allowed me and a group of classmates to examine the start of this process by examining how a new product can be pitched planned and sold and how we can predict how it will preform as well as be able to see the greater ideas of the market trends.
