The timeline is set up for to allow for two groups of students to prepare two different broadcasts. Allowing students to swap roles, change responsibilities, and move around through tasks.

While Group One is recording, Group Two would look to plan their segments for the following week. Researching activities that are newsworthy.

This Running Sheet is an example of the organization that might help keep projects moving forward, so everyone knows what is happening.
