Ever wonder how a News broadcast works? What makes the news? This PBL unit will attempt to get kids excited about the news, by taking part in creating it.

Most schools have announcements over a PA system, and give some news about upcoming activities. There are activities and news happening all around schools every day. Video recording and broadcasting this news can help the school community to know more about the awesome things going on around your school. Kids will pay more attention, because it is them on screen, and that they can be part of the action.
