  • I think having more structure to limit procrastination throughout the year would have helped our team during the duration of this project. Having clearer expectations of certain assignments would have also helped when completing certain deliverables. It also would be great to have a list for students to see what tools and materials are available to them from the academy for the project next year.

  • The presentation looked nice, but it would have been better if parts were functioning or had some kind of working visual.

  • Having a better structured plan and accountability system would have helped during the moments of low motivation or letting ourselves slip and not do any work. Perhaps next year a system where the team must promise to deliver certain aspects of their project each quarter or month will help to boost proactivity in work.
