NOTE: 

It may look like we haven't done much this week but this was our most productive week. By using our carboard reference  Nadine is starting to CNC it and has started on fusion. We decided we wanted to CNC cut the wood pieces for better accuracy. Then Ayushi started looking for supplies online, here is what we are waiting on: 

• The 48V Battery 

• Steering System 

• Wheels 

• Axels 

• Glue for the PVC pipes 

• Screws and Nuts 

Ayushi worked hard last week and made X supports (with the adivce of Mr. Rojas) for the drilling of the PVC pipes. We realized we needed somes sort of support system to help us drill holes into the PVC. So, we came up with the X system. Ayushi had them ready but it took this week to start printing them. The first day we printed off one of the X's and it came out perfectly, but it took a whole day and a whole printer to print one of the X's. Then the next day, we miscommunicated to the teacher and didn't get anything print. The third day we had a debrief, finally we came back to this on the last day and finally got it print but as you can see from the picture the first time it failed but thankfully we didn't lose any time.  This would be building/testing part of the project. 

After our X supports got printed our, we got to work. We went to the drill press and used a quater size drill bit to make the holes. It was quite an easy process. Now we just need the nails to put through the chair and the pvc pipes and tight it up with a nut. This would be building/testing part of the project.
