Curriculum Management: Plan, revise, and implement course schedules and standards.
Teacher Support: Evaluate teaching performance, organize professional development, and promote teaching and peer evaluations.
Policy and Administration: Draft regulations, organize academic meetings, and oversee the execution of decisions.
Quality Assurance: Monitor teaching quality and provide guidance for students at risk academically.
Admissions and Promotion: Handle admissions and related outreach.
Operational Oversight: Supervise staff duties, maintain administrative records, and allocate tasks.
International Exchange: Facilitate student and teacher exchanges, cultural collaborations, and related activities.
Special Projects: Plan and implement initiatives aligned with school development goals.
Other Duties: Address additional academic affairs as needed.
